Foodstirs Junk-Free Bakery said all three of its organic chewy oat bar baking mixes have been certified by The Detox Project as Glyphosate Residue-Free, making it the only nationally distributed organic food brand to receive the certification.

Based in Santa Monica, Calif., Foodstirs said the balance of its portfolio is seeking certification and is currently being tested for glyphosate residues.
Glyphosate is the world’s most widely used herbicide and is the main ingredient in Monsanto’s Roundup weed killer.
